Built on 11 years of chromatic confocal R&D experience, LightE has launched the new A Series chromatic confocal displacement sensor controller. With upgraded performance and practical design improvements, the A Series provides a precise, efficient, and flexible solution for industrial precision measurement.
Upgraded Performance
The A Series controller integrates edge optimization, filtering, and other signal-processing algorithms to improve data reliability from the source. It supports continuous acquisition at specified frequencies, external trigger modes, encoder modes, and multiple industrial interfaces including Ethernet, EtherCAT, analog output, and RS485/422.
The controller supports height measurement, single-sided thickness measurement, opposed thickness measurement, and height-difference measurement. With a sampling speed of up to 13,000 Hz, it provides stable technical support for high-efficiency precision inspection.
Industrial Adaptability
The A Series is designed for complex industrial environments and can be paired with LightE chromatic confocal probes for transparent, translucent, mirror-like, highly reflective, highly light-absorbing, metal, plastic, ceramic, and other materials.
LightE will continue to expand the chromatic confocal product platform and provide customers with reliable sensing components for advanced manufacturing applications.
